The Sanctuary Apartments and Fraternity Row Apartments are options for students looking for independent, apartment-style living.
Living in ALI apartments are an exciting experience for any new international student. All apartments are fully furnished and include spacious kitchens with basic appliances (fridge, stove, oven, garbage disposal, and microwave).
Advantages
- Walk to classes, recreation center, transportation center, and campus events
- Furniture and cooking utensils provided
- Internet, gas and electricity (up to $100 per month), and water included
- WIFI and cable TV included
- ALI will match you with roommates (you do not need to find your own roommates)
Considerations
- Meals not included
- You must sign a contract which commits you to live there for at least one full semester
- You must follow campus rules (such as no smoking indoors)
- Sheets and towels not provided
- These apartments fill up quickly, so please apply as early as possible!
