SDSU's Entertainment Management Certificate is available through ALI's Semester at SDSU program.

This certificate program focuses on backstage management of people and technology in the performing arts. The certificate is designed for students who desire careers as producers, managers, and entrepreneurs in the area of live performing arts.

Program Highlights

  • Hands-On Experience

    Students will study and gain experience in stage production and event management as well as business principles of television, film, and marketing entertainment.

  • Management Skills

    Students will build a foundation of knowledge for positions in managerial and business environments in the creative, cultural, and events industries.

  • Official Transcript

    Credits earned are listed on an official SDSU transcript and may be transferable to other universities.
